By accessing or using the Pixieset gallery provided by Anthony Caimano Media, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the gallery.

Image Usage & Licensing  

All images remain the intellectual property of Anthony Caimano Media. Clients are granted personal usage rights as outlined in their contract (for example, printing or sharing with family and friends). Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Downloads & Prints  

Digital downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Print orders placed through Pixieset are fulfilled by third-party labs. Anthony Caimano Media is not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party vendors.

Sharing & Social Media  

Clients may share images on social media platforms provided that credit is given to Anthony Caimano Media. Images must not be edited, filtered, or altered in a way that misrepresents the original work.

Privacy & Security  

Galleries may contain personal or sensitive images. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their gallery links and passwords. Anthony Caimano Media will not share gallery access with third parties without client consent.

Technical Limitations  

Pixieset galleries are hosted by a third-party provider. While we strive to ensure accessibility, Anthony Caimano Media is not liable for outages, technical failures, or data loss caused by Pixieset.

Limitation of Liability  

Anthony Caimano Media is not responsible for unauthorized downloads, sharing, or misuse of gallery content once access has been granted. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services associated with the gallery.

Governing Law  

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms  

Anthony Caimano Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the gallery or on our website with a revised effective date.
